I liked that the prices were clear right away, no digging around or wondering what extra fees might pop up. It just made the whole decision feel easier... like I knew what I was getting into before buying.

I ordered because I figured returns would be straightforward if something didn’t work out, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected.
The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to dig around to figure out what I was supposed to do next. When I reached out for help, the replies were slow and kind of made me feel brushed off, like my issue wasn’t really a priority.

The jewelry might be nice, but dealing with the return left a bad impression. I don’t think I’d order again after that experience.

I was really happy with the fit. It was exactly what I expected, which is always a relief when ordering. Definitely satisfied with how it turned out.

Ordered from Raj Jewels and tbh the packaging was good. The jewellery box looked neat, and everything was wrapped properly, so nothing was scratched or moving around during delivery.

The only small issue was that the outer box looked a bit plain and had a tiny dent, but the stuff inside was totally fine, so nbd for me. Overall, happy with it, 4 stars from my side...

I ordered a necklace from rajjewels.com it does look overall!!! The design is really close to what was shown in the pictures, so no big surprise there!!! But the finishing wasn’t totally perfect!!! One little area felt a bit rough, and the clasp seems kind of lightweight to me!!! It’s still wearable and looks nice for the price, so I’m not too disappointed!!! I just expected it to feel a bit more solid!!! Not bad at all, but there’s definitely room for improvement!!!

I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. It was a simple fix in the end, and I appreciated the prompt support. Overall, a good experience.
